Our staff are highly motivated and professional and their passion for Early Childhood Education shines through their love of the uniqueness and creativity of children.

Our staff are very stable and the preschool staff turn-over rate is extremely low. Many have worked with us for decades and most of them live in our community. Some of them had or have their own children attending our service. There are several cases where, after having seen their child’s experiences, they have wanted to be part of our team:

Families build strong connections with our staff and we as a centre value families and their role in the care and education of the children.

We also employ additional staff at least one day a week in each room to support the integration of all children in our service.
