"Where we all grow together"
Pennant Hills War Memorial Children’s Centre is a not for profit community-based preschool providing high-quality care and education for children aged 3-5 years. In 1948 a passionate group of local residents recognised a need for a preschool. With this vision in mind, they came together to establish what would become the heart of early childhood education in our area: a preschool that would not only educate but also nurture and support children.
We are located on Dharug land and acknowledge the original custodians of this land, the Dharug and Guringai people as the first people to learn, play and live on this land. We pay our respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders past and present.
We uphold and respect all cultures and aim to provide an inclusive environment for all children and their families.

Warami
Warami is the Dharug word for “Hello, Good to see you”
My hope is that everyone who comes to PHWMCC feels warmly welcomed and a sense of belonging here. If you are considering attending PWHMCC I would encourage you to contact us to arrange a time to come and visit and take a look at our beautiful preschool.

Our Vision
At PHWMCC our vision is to create a preschool that partners with families and the community in a nurturing environment that places value on children and their learning.
